• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the final service cost.

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling.

• Cancellations must be made at least oen day in advance to receive a refund of your deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment maintenance, health concerns).

3. Health & Safety

• Clients must provide accurate health information, including any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that could affect treatment.

• We reserve the right to decline services if we believe it may compromise your health or safety.

• All procedures are carried out following strict hygiene and sterilization protocols.

4. Piercing Services

• Clients under 18 require parental/guardian consent.

• Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure proper healing.

• We are not responsible for complications resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines.

5. Tattoo Removal & Laser Treatments

• Results vary depending on skin type, tattoo ink, placement, and individual healing response.

• Multiple sessions are often required for complete removal or optimal results.

• Risks and potential side effects will be explained before treatment. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept Cash and Card in person payments only

• Prices are subject to change without notice.
